What to Do

Fast, Pray & Journal your experience

Follow daily guide (work with your local time)
How to Fast
-
6:00 am to 6:00 pm each day.
-
If you have a health condition, fast or skip the fast as your doctor advises, but be sure to pray each day
Daily Schedule
-
Start with morning prayers at 6:00 am
-
Follow in-between directives at 9:00 am, Noon, 3pm
-
End the day with prayers & thanksgiving at 6:00 pm
-
Work with your local time.
A Mother's Story

I had been heartbroken by the identity crisis of my teenager. When the flyer was shared with me, I wasn't planning to participate. But a leader in my church had been sharing the flyer, so I thought to give it a try. I wasn't really gingered to pray, but I eventually dragged myself to pray. The pain of seeing your child living a lie had thrown me off balance. . . But when I opened the prayer guide, I found the prayer points very "on point". It woke me up!
I mean, this is a child that was brought up in the Lord. I mean, where did I get it wrong for crying out loud! I finally found the words to push me from within, to pray. It was like all of a sudden I had a rush of inner strength to pray. It was like the words in the prayer guide went deep into my heart, and brought out the words I knew I should be praying out loud before now, but somehow I couldn't.
Even the song for the day, I wasn’t sure I knew it, but I read out the words and felt empowered. I Googled the song and realized I knew it, so i sang it.
Using the bible verses and prayer points was enough for me really. Even if you’re the laziest person, you can work with the guide. The Bible passages were just on point. You may not understand, my joy is that i could pray again! Like you don't get it, I prayed!

I pray for my son on the spectrum as we navigate the challenges of getting the appropriate supports for him to excel.
Academic excellence, wisdom, knowledge, understanding, vision, favour is my sons portion. Only good things gravitate towards him. The angels of God are on constant guard around him.
Lord Jesus! From the beginning of the school term to the last day of school, I declare and prophesy that my son will be in divine health. He will not skip school due to ill health, accident/ calamity
I pray for my children that the spirit of excellence rests on them. I pray for focus, good health, protection and Grace to achieve greatness.
I pray for the leading and guidance of the Holy Spirit in the life of my children, to lead, mold, guide and fill them every minute of the day.
Protection for my daughter and the entire family, that she will be focused on her studies and may God's spirit of excellence rest upon her. Any friendship that will lead her away from God be terminated.
I pray for healing and salvation for my husband Gani A. and I pray for my son that this last week of August 2025 he will receive a call back from the pharmaceutical company for paid internship.
I pray for academic excellence for my son Neguib A. this school year and in his re-sit exams he will receive good news concerning his re-sit exams
I pray for academic excellence for mý daughter Amani A. In all her other pursuits she will be the Head and favour shall surround her as a shield.
Lord let the spirit of excellence rest on my sons in Jesus Name. Father let your deliverance power rest on my first son, let him Encounter God today, transform his life, let him align with you. Amen
