How It Works
What to Do

Fast, Pray & Journal your experience

Follow daily guide (work with your local time)
How to Fast
-
6:00 am to 6:00 pm each day.
-
If you have a health condition, fast or skip the fast as your doctor advises, but be sure to pray each day
Daily Schedule
-
Start with morning prayers at 6:00 am
-
Follow in-between directives at 9:00 am, Noon, 3pm
-
End the day with prayers & thanksgiving at 6:00 pm
-
Work with your local time.
A Mother's Story

I had been heartbroken by the identity crisis of my teenager. When the flyer was shared with me, I wasn't planning to participate. But a leader in my church had been sharing the flyer, so I thought to give it a try. I wasn't really gingered to pray, but I eventually dragged myself to pray. The pain of seeing your child living a lie had thrown me off balance. . . But when I opened the prayer guide, I found the prayer points very "on point". It woke me up!
I mean, this is a child that was brought up in the Lord. I mean, where did I get it wrong for crying out loud! I finally found the words to push me from within, to pray. It was like all of a sudden I had a rush of inner strength to pray. It was like the words in the prayer guide went deep into my heart, and brought out the words I knew I should be praying out loud before now, but somehow I couldn't.
Even the song for the day, I wasn’t sure I knew it, but I read out the words and felt empowered. I Googled the song and realized I knew it, so i sang it.
Using the bible verses and prayer points was enough for me really. Even if you’re the laziest person, you can work with the guide. The Bible passages were just on point. You may not understand, my joy is that i could pray again! Like you don't get it, I prayed!

Lord please help my children in their new classes. Increase them with wisdom, knowledge and understanding. I pray for retentive memory upon them. Lord bless their going out and coming in.
My son is starting school for the first time and things are very hard for us. I want God to provide for us to be able to afford all he needs in school. Also I want God to protect and guide Godwisdom.
Moral and academic excellence shall be my children portion IJN. My son narrowly passed into JSS 3, help me pray that from now on he will dominate and excel in all good works in school & beyond IJN.
My toddler doesn’t keep still, I know they can be everywhere. She’s starting school in a few weeks, I sincerely pray for calmness, peace, stillness and a certain level of composure and togetherness.
1. My husband getting a good and well paid job speedily.
2. Release of my first son from the grip of alcohol and drug addiction.
3. Restoration of his mental health.
Financial open doors for my family.
International open doors for me and my children.
Resident permit for my family.
Total health restoration for my family.
God's abundant grace and mercy upon my family.
Grace for obedience service to God.
Divine protection from all evil for my family.
God please, provide all my kids need for this school year. Forever protect them from any evil, make them sowers of love, peace, kindness, unity, joy and grace. Let them Excel in Jesus name Amen 🙏

Wisdom, knowledge and understanding for my family. Destruction of every form of delay on the path of fulfilling our glorious destinies.
